Overview:
IDERS Inc., a contract electronic engineering, product design and EMS
resource began operations in 1991, providing a complete design and manufacturing
resource. IDERS has designed products and systems for a wide variety of
OEM and technology clients with interests spanning a multitude of industries.
We invest heavily with customers to develop solid specifications, to which
tight schedules and fixed-price development can be applied.

IDERS attempts to achieve first-pass compliance with every design. We
work with outside test labs to perform FCC, IC, UL, CSA, CE testing as
well as any additional telecommunications, combustion standards, HALT/HASS,
AREMA
rail or military certifications required.
Electronic Manufacturing and Prototype Assembly Services
IDERS has established a unique in-house production process which can cost
effectively manufacture prototype and production quantities of complex
electronic assemblies. IDERS process includes automated SMT placement
and optical inspection up to 10,000pph as well as X-Ray inspection. Having
design and manufacturing under one roof allow IDERS to offer clients true
turn-key service, rapid deliveries and excellent quality.
