| IDERS uses a 14 zone (7 top, 7 bottom) Heller Industries 1707EXL reflow oven. Full profiling capabilities are available to deal with PCBs containing heavy amounts of copper. With this oven we are also cable of processing lead-free assemblies. Switching process modes and profiles is done in seconds requiring no down-time. |  |
