boards are visually inspected based on criteria defined in the IPC-610-A
(rev C), Class 3 standards. Visual inspection is performed both by the naked
eye and with the use of equipment having a range of 10X-40X magnification.
Documents and drawings are provided to ease the process, and can also incorporate
special instructions from the customers. Highly skilled individuals with excellent knowledge of the Soldering Workmanship Standards perform required touch-ups if they are needed. |
