has the capability of performing BGA rework in house. Prerequisites required
to perform good BGA rework, are to have a rework station capable of heat
profiling and a vision system that allows for accurate alignment of the
BGA components. We have both of these along with highly experienced operators.
At IDERS we blend cutting-edge technology and experience to perform high quality BGA rework for our customers. All rework is also verified using our X-Ray inspection station. |
