| IDERS uses a 3D optical Paste Print Inspection machine to verify the presence as well as the correct amount of solder needed on each pad. This is especially critical when building boards with BGAs and very fine pitch parts, where even amount of paste is crucial due to difficulty of rework and inspection. |  |
