IDERS EMS Request For Quote (RFQ) PDF Form

1. To quickly and accurately provide you with a quotation, please read the following Requirements for Manufacturing:

2. Please rename the IDERS_RFQ.pdf with your company name (companyname.pdf), and save it to your hard disk.

3. Once the form is completed, please send it with the following files attached as a compressed .zip file:
(a.) gerber package
(b.) bill of materials
(c.) any special work instructions / drawings (reworks, hardware, gluing locations, etc.).
