People, Process and Equipment
IDERS Quality Assurance revolves around our people, processes and equipment. Our staff are skilled, dedicated and receive continuous training, maintaining conformance to standards such as IPC-A-610. Our processes are well established, but receive constant review in pursuit of manufacturing excellence in a dynamic environment. IDERS has made a significant investment in facilities and equipment used in pursuit of maintaining high output quality, from comprehensive static controls to X-Ray inspection suites. IDERS EMS has access to our EPDS (Electronic Product Design Service) department's vast array of test and measurement equipment - ranging from the latest digital, analog, optical and RF T&M sets available.

Data Systems
IDERS has internally developed one of the most comprehensive, flexible and powerful data management systems available for managing the complex nature of electronic manufacturing. Every organizational aspect is captured and available on-line, even allowing link-ins with client systems.

New Initiatives
IDERS EMS now adheres to IPC and RoHS standards. Our facility equipment and processes have been amended for RoHS compliance, which will provide our clients with the manufacturing service they need to access RoHS-restricted markets as well as to be better, more environmentally responsible corporate citizens.
