There is no cookie-cutter solution for IDERS EMS. Different clients and products will have unique requirements to best suit their needs. IDERS acknowledges this with a flexible approach to EMS.

Client Parts Kitting - The customer can provide a full or partial parts kit with which the build will be performed. IDERS only charges a nominal Handling Charge for customer-supplied kits.

Testing - Testing is defined with the client and can utilize IDERS man automated test systems through to full-functional test using client-supplied test fixtures. IDERS EMS can also supply custom test fixtures to meet client specifications.

System Integration - IDERS can manufacture complete or partial products using a combination of produced and supplied components from clients or client 3rd party vendors. This includes complete backplane and product-level assembly.

Complete Turnkey - IDERS has many client products which are fully turnkey assembled by IDERS EMS.
